Our founder Sam Umrzokov started his career in trucking as a driver assistant and became a company driver, eventually starting Phoenix Cargo with one truck. We believe that opportunity is everything, and growth is oxygen for the company. Therefore we always help our drivers to achieve the highest levels in their careers. Our OTR drivers will be eligible to apply for the lease purchase program after six months of employment and become an owner operators in Phoenix Cargo. We also help our owner-operators to become fleet owners.
